Hawkins Parnell Adds 7 New Partners
January 23, 2026 (Atlanta, GA) – Hawkins Parnell & Young boosted its partner ranks with the addition of seven litigators. The firm promoted Jessica Burgasser (Buffalo), Jordan Cray (Chicago), Matt Dickinson (Atlanta), Jacklyn Kim (Orange County), and Will Knapp (Charleston). Additionally, the firm welcomed Matthew Printz (San Diego) and David Lamm (Pittsburgh), whose team joined to open Hawkins Parnell's Pittsburgh office.

Elected Partners
- Jessica Burgasser (Buffalo) brings over two decades of litigation experience, partnering with large global corporations, manufacturers, and retailers from various sectors in the defense of product liability and mass tort litigation, including as national coordinating counsel to several clients in asbestos litigation. She has tried multiple bench and jury trials in the New York State Courts.
Jordan Cray (Chicago) defends corporate clients in high-risk cases involving toxic exposures to asbestos, benzene, talc, and other substances, as well as catastrophic injuries and fatalities from product defects, incidents occurring on company premises, and transportation-related claims.
Matt Dickinson (Atlanta) is a trial and appellate attorney whose practice spans product liability, transportation, premises liability, and complex insurance matters. He represents clients across multiple industries, including financial institutions, contractors, major retailers, healthcare providers, and carriers.
Jacklyn Kim (Orange County) brings more than two decades of litigation experience, with a practice that includes premises liability, product liability, toxic torts, and commercial litigation. She represents national corporations, public entities, retailers, and transportation companies, and has tried both bench and jury trials in California and New York.
Will Knapp (Charleston) defends corporate clients in product liability and mass tort litigation and serves as West Virginia local counsel to many of the firm’s national clients in litigation involving toxic exposures to asbestos, talc, and other materials. His background includes advising clients on mineral rights, land use, zoning, and environmental regulations.
Lateral Partners
David Lamm (Pittsburgh) and his team joined from the Pietragallo firm, where he chaired the Toxic Tort practice group, to establish Hawkins Parnell’s Pittsburgh office. Lamm represents manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors in litigation involving toxic exposures, product liability, and insurance matters. He has coordinated national and regional defense teams for Fortune 500 corporations as national coordinating counsel and has tried cases in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Matthew Printz (San Diego) joins Hawkins Parnell's San Diego office from Murchison & Cumming, where he chaired the Construction Law practice group. He represents developers and subcontractors in construction defect disputes involving residential and commercial projects, and handles mechanic’s lien actions, public works matters, and contractual disputes. His practice also encompasses general liability defense, including products, premises, and professional liability cases.
