Biography
Jacklyn has over two decades of experience in personal injury, premises liability, business, and complex litigation. Her clients include national corporations, public entities, major transportation network companies, and a variety of small businesses. She has experience handling bad faith coverage litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, toxic tort matters, including cases arising out of exposure to silica. Jacklyn represents employment litigation cases, including sexual harassment, violations of the labor code, consumer fraud, and discrimination law.
Jacklyn has successfully defended hundreds of clients in the auto insurance, ride-share, and foreign and domestic corporations in civil matters, including pre-litigation claims, UM/UIM defense, and all manner of litigated cases through mediations, binding arbitrations, and trials.
Jacklyn’s trial experience includes both criminal and civil cases and she has tried both bench and jury trials in New York and California. Jacklyn’s extensive experience provides her with a unique ability to investigate and defend claims from the inception of a lawsuit through appeal.
Jacklyn is fluent in Korean and is an active member of the Korean community. When Jacklyn is not helping her clients, she spends her time supporting various charities involving children and animals in need.
