Biography
Peter York focuses on litigating and managing toxic tort, product liability, general liability, and environmental matters throughout the country. He specializes in asbestos-related claims involving lung-cancer and mesothelioma, as well as chemicals and substances, including silica and talc. As national coordinating counsel to multiple corporations in toxic tort litigation, Peter coordinates global defense strategies, prepares cases for trial, manages expert development, and coordinates the overall defense of thousands of cases.
Additionally, Peter has over twenty five years of experience trying cases arising out of premises liability, professional liability, construction, long-term care, bad faith and other insurance related matters and dispute resolution methods. From 2007-2022, he has been named one of the top rated civil litigation attorneys in Atlanta, Georgia.
