Will Knapp focuses on defending companies in products liability, toxic torts, and environmental litigation. He is licensed to practice in West Virginia, Ohio, and New York, and he has been listed as a “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers since 2022.

While in law school at Washington and Lee University, Will gained extensive experience in media law as a legal extern at Gannett and as a law clerk for the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA). He also clerked for a West Virginia law firm concentrating on the duty of care required of EMTs in West Virginia, mineral rights, land use, zoning law, and other environmental regulations from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He advised the city of Lexington, VA on the constitutional issues regarding parade permits.
