Biography
Jessica Burgasser serves as national coordinating counsel and local counsel for Fortune 500 companies and global manufacturers in product liability and mass tort litigation. She focuses on matters involving complex medical and scientific issues, including claims arising from alleged exposure to asbestos, talc, hair relaxers, and other materials and substances in emerging litigation.
With over two decades of courtroom experience, Jessica has obtained numerous favorable verdicts for clients in the New York State Supreme Court. She is known for her careful command of complicated factual, medical, and scientific records and for developing litigation strategies that are both practical and effective. Having served in both national and local counsel roles, she understands how broader case coordination affects outcomes on the ground and how litigation decisions intersect with a client's objectives, risks, and long-term commercial interests.
