June 8, 2023 (Atlanta, GA) – Hawkins Parnell & Young senior partner Warner Fox was invited to the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA) membership. The ADTA maintains a ratio of one defense trial attorney per one million, in population, in jurisdictions across the United States.

Warner's election to the ADTA recognizes his nearly 40 years of exemplary legal service. Warner has taken more than 100 trials to jury verdict on behalf of many prominent companies. He has become renowned for handling complex medical and technical issues, particularly traumatic brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries.

Warner is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a past president of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. He was recognized as "Lawyer of the Year" in Product Liability Litigation in Atlanta by Best Lawyers in 2021.

The addition of Warner brings the number of Hawkins Parnell's trial lawyers in the ADTA to eight. The other members include Edward Abbot, Evelyn Davis, Catherine Goldhaber, Mark Hsu, David Johanson, Christine Mast, and Ron Polly.
