• Elaine Fresch (Los Angeles, Las Vegas) defends a variety of complex matters involving construction defect, product liability, and general liability, including construction accidents. She is a member of CLM's Construction Advisory Board and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Elaine is also distinguished nationally in equine law and is an award-winning equestrian who actively competes.
• Jerry Popovich (Orange County) focuses on complex litigation involving personal injuries, toxic torts, general and product liability, and commercial disputes. He has tried over 70 trials as lead counsel. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and an Advocate-level member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Orange County chapter.
