We are often called in after significant rulings—including, at times, cases involving nine- and ten-figure exposure or issues with consequences beyond a single dispute—to preserve favorable outcomes, reverse adverse judgments, or limit the reach of problematic decisions.
We work closely with in-house counsel, insurers, and trial teams at every stage of the case. That includes early involvement in dispositive motions, evidentiary rulings, and jury charge conferences to ensure that key issues are properly framed and preserved.
