Teresa E. Lazzaroni

Biography

Teresa E. Lazzaroni is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP and serves as a member of the Tort Litigation Team. Her practice concentrates on insurance defense in the areas of private and commercial transportation, general liability including product liability and premises liability, construction and heavy equipment litigation, and professional liability. Teresa defends and advises clients on issues involving personal injury, property damage, general tort and contract liability. She assists Fortune 500 companies, large and small business owners and their employees, professionals, lawyers and their law practices. Her ability to focus on the relevant legal issues has resulted in a successful motions practice and has been effective to force settlement in otherwise complex cases. Teresa also is a lead member of the national discovery counsel team for a Fortune 500 retailer. Teresa understands both the business and emotional elements of any claim or litigation. Her 25 years of legal experience and training as a mediator provide her with the ability to effectively analyze the merits of a claim and develop an efficient plan in cooperation with her clients for potential early resolution.
