November 3, 2026 (Atlanta, GA) – Hawkins Parnell elected Garret Drogosch, Prescott Jones, and Douglas Rubel to the partnership, effective November 1.

Garret Drogosch (Atlanta) defends corporations and employers in litigation involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death arising from transportation disputes, product liability, and premises liability. He represents several large trucking and logistics companies. Before law school, he worked in audit and assurance at Deloitte and is a certified public accountant (inactive). He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, and his M.S. and B.S. from Wake Forest University.

Prescott Jones (Las Vegas) helps businesses, insurers, property owners, homeowners associations, cannabis companies, and individuals resolve disputes and navigate Nevada law. His litigation practice includes commercial, construction, insurance coverage, premises liability, personal injury, and class action matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He also advises clients on transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, zoning, land use, and licensing. He earned his J.D. and B.A. from the University at Buffalo.

Douglas Rubel (Raleigh) maintains a national litigation and counseling practice focused on employment law, ERISA and employee benefits, class actions, complex litigation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. He has extensive experience representing businesses in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums. He earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
