Hawkins Parnell Opens Pittsburgh Office With Group Led by David Lamm
January 9, 2026 (Pittsburgh, PA) – National litigation firm Hawkins Parnell & Young is expanding its footprint to Pittsburgh with the addition of David E. Lamm, Anne McFadden, and their team. This development builds on the firm's moves into Philadelphia and Buffalo last year.
Lamm brings extensive experience representing manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors in litigation involving toxic exposures, product liability, and insurance issues. He has coordinated national and regional defense teams for Fortune 500 corporations and has defended clients in jury trials in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He also advises business executives and in-house counsel on complex cases, legal and regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies.

Lamm is partner-in-charge of the Pittsburgh office. He earned his J.D. and B.A. from Duquesne University and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
McFadden is an associate litigator focusing on the defense of toxic tort, product liability, and insurance matters in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
