Kunal M. Ganti

Biography

Kunal Ganti approaches every case with a clear strategic litigation plan informed by a thorough and detailed analysis of the critical issues. He takes pride in effectively mitigating risk and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Throughout his career, Kunal has represented manufacturers and employers in a wide range of complex litigation, including toxic tort, product liability, and occupational injury matters. His expertise includes the defense of workers' compensation claims, and he has successfully handled cases as first chair counsel before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission. He also brings substantial appellate experience, having prepared and argued numerous appeals in both the Illinois Circuit Courts and Appellate Courts.

With a degree in biology, Kunal’s perspective on cases involving medical and scientific issues gives his clients an edge. He also has unique insights into courtroom dynamics and trial strategy from his time serving as an extern for Judge Irwin Solganick in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
