Biography

Jonathan Fang is a litigator who advises and represents corporate clients in real estate, personal injuries, product liability, complex litigation, toxic tort and employment matters.  Jonathan has been responsible for managing all facets of litigation from pre-litigation to the filing of a complaint through trial in defense of major companies throughout California federal and state courts.

Before joining Hawkins Parnell & Young as a senior associate in Los Angeles, Jonathan represented corporate clients and public entities throughout California in general liability, toxic tort, labor, employment, intellectual property, and business-related matters.

Jonathan has argued numerous dispositive motions on demurrers, motions to dismiss and for summary judgment; and has successfully handled numerous settlement negotiations at mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.

When not helping clients with their legal needs, Jonathan loves to attend concerts, travel, and explore the local food scenes. He also has an affinity towards board games, particularly Settlers of Catan Cities and Knights.
