Biography
Caroline Rogers focuses her practice on defending businesses and local and state governments and public entities in complex civil litigation, including municipal liability, commercial disputes, and general liability. She brings a strong foundation in research, writing, and analysis, developed through prior experience supporting litigation and intellectual property practices.
