C. Shane Keith

Biography

Shane Keith is a trial lawyer with nearly 20 years’ experience defending high-risk litigation involving catastrophic injuries and losses. He represents corporations and various professionals in state and federal courts throughout Georgia, including trucking and logistics companies, residential and commercial property owners and managers, and manufacturers of dozens of different products. He regularly litigates products liability, premises liability, professional liability, transportation, and other cases involving serious injuries or death. Shane is also called upon to handle complex appeals, obtaining more than a dozen decisions in the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Georgia.

Understanding the importance of technology in all operations, Shane strives to implement current and emerging technologies to provide efficient and cost-effective legal services to his clients. He also chairs the technology committee at Hawkins Parnell & Young.
