Chicago associate, Daisy Denizard, will present "Navigating the PFAS Landscape: Science, Applications, and Legalities," at the the Illinois Defense Counsel's ABCs of Class Action Litigation Seminar. 

This panel will discuss the history, chemical properties, environmental persistence, and health effects of PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances), as well as their industrial uses, regulatory landscape, and the EPA's action plans.
