Biography
Paul Gamez strategically defends insurance companies, insureds, and government entities against high-risk claims of premises liability, toxic tort and environmental disputes involving asbestos, talcum powder, silica, and chemical exposures. He has also represented doctors and dentists against claims of professional liability including malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, professional grievances, and licensure issues. With a strong background in case analysis, he applies his legal experience to the evaluation of all case documents, medical records, discovery responses, and depositions, as well as to trial preparation, expert selection, witness interviews, and all case filings.
Prior to joining Hawkins Parnell & Young, Paul practiced at a large national firm representing multiple clients in general liability matters. Thereafter, he defended doctors, dentists, and hospitals in professional liability matters for a prominent medical malpractice firm.
