Nicole M. Ortiz

Biography

Nicole Ortiz represents insurance carriers, corporations, small business owners, and public entities in a variety of matters, including cases arising out of personal injury, catastrophic injury, negligence, and premises liability suits. Nicole’s extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation enables her to prepare and develop creative and cost-effective litigation strategies specifically tailored to the facts and law in each case.

Her commitment to unparalleled service to her clients has garnered outstanding results at all stages of the case from initial investigation, discovery and trial. In 2019, Nicole obtained a defense verdict as the second-chair in a bench trial in a case involving causes of action for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation of a corporation.

Nicole is originally from Whittier, California, and presently resides there with Bernard, a Brittany Spaniel. When not helping clients with their legal needs she spends her time playing softball, watching Dodgers and Rams games, running, and cooking.
