Hawkins Parnell's Jessica Burgasser Recognized in New York Upstate Super Lawyers 2026

February 6, 2026 (Buffalo, NY) – Jessica Burgasser from Hawkins Parnell's Buffalo office was selected to the New York Upstate Super Lawyers list for 2026. Burgasser brings over two decades of litigation experience, partnering with large global corporations, manufacturers, and retailers from various sectors in the defense of product liability and mass tort litigation, including as national coordinating counsel to several clients in asbestos litigation.
