Hawkins Parnell Elects New Partners for 2023
October 10, 2023 (Atlanta, GA) – Hawkins Parnell & Young is pleased to announce the promotion of four attorneys to partner, effective October 1, 2023. The lawyers are in the Atlanta, Los Angeles, and St. Louis offices.

- Mikhail D. Mdinaradze (Los Angeles, CA) represents various product manufacturers in products liability matters, including cases arising out of manufacturing and design defects. Mikhail received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School and B.S. from California State University, Long Beach.
- Elliott Ream (Atlanta, GA) defends individuals and businesses in high-risk litigation involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death arising from transportation, premises and product liability. Elliott obtained his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and B.S., magna cum laude, from Georgia Institute of Technology.
- J.R. Schultz (St. Louis, MO) defends large corporations in complex litigation in the areas of toxic tort, environmental, and product liability. J.R. received his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, M.A., with honors, from King’s College, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University.
- Rosario L. Vizzie (Los Angeles, CA) represents developers and general contractors, as well as subcontractors and product manufacturers in construction defect litigation. Rosario earned his J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and B.A., magna cum laude, from Le Moyne College.
