Biography
Mikhail Mdinaradze represents various product manufacturers in products liability matters, including cases arising out of manufacturing and design defects. His clients include property owners, real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction product manufacturers in construction defect matters. He also has significant experience representing various retailers in premises liability matters.
Mikhail’s considerable experience places him in a unique position to anticipate hurdles and tailor his litigation approach and strategy to each specific case and client’s needs in order to achieve the best possible result for his clients. As a former trial attorney with a major insurance carrier, he vigorously defended his clients from the inception of the litigation through post-trial motions, handling several jury trials as a first chair.
Originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, Mikhail presently resides in Los Angeles with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. When not helping clients with their legal needs, he spends his time with his family, traveling, winemaking, discovering and tasting ethnic food, and enjoying soccer, rugby, and basketball.
