David Johanson Recognized Among the Top Corporate Lawyers in the United States

December 30, 2019 (Napa, CA) – David Johanson was selected as the 2019 winner in the category of Corporate Law (USA) by Lawyer Monthly Magazine. He was also recently named Acquisition International’s Executive Compensation and Equity Incentivization Lawyer of the Year in California.
