Mickey Haywood joined the firm after serving as an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. Her strategic perspective on litigation is applied in the defense of clients against allegations of product liability, toxic tort and environmental exposure, high-risk premises liability claims, and complex transportation damages matters.

During law school, Mickey served as a Law Clerk with the National Women's Law Center, as a Criminal Section Law Clerk in the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, and as a Judicial Law Clerk in the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings.
