Michael W. Scaljon

Biography

With dual degrees in law and business, Michael Scaljon is a trusted advisor to clients. He brings a blend of legal experience from positions as general counsel for a multi-state apartment complex management corporation, a litigator in practice, and as a special assistant with the Texas Office of the Secretary of State. With a strong commercial litigation background in the areas of construction, real estate, and corporate disputes, Michael defends clients against allegations of insurance issues arising from fraud, health, life, property, casualty, and general liability, as well as high-risk premises liability claims, and complex transportation damages matters.
