Biography
Julie Oneto represents insured and private businesses, individuals and corporations in all forms of disputes, including litigation arising from claims of general negligence, professional negligence, breach of contract, statutory claims, subrogation actions, fraud, and other civil disputes.
Julie’s work involves assisting clients in all stages of litigation. She assists with pre-claim investigation and can help resolve problems before claims turn in to litigation. If litigation is commenced, Julie has considerable experience directing litigation to the most economic and efficient resolution, whether that be at the pleading stage, through summary judgment, through use of the Discovery Act procedures, mediation, or informal settlement efforts. She works closely with general counsel, claims representatives, businesses, and individuals to ensure that the course of action taken always comports with the client's overall economic, business and personal goals. Julie is always available to respond to questions and provide advice as needed by her clients.
Originally from California, Julie presently resides in Granite Bay, California with her husband and two children. When not helping clients with their legal needs she spends her time enjoying the outdoors with her family.
