Biography
Jacob Weiss defends complex litigation for clients in the transportation, property management, insurance, and financial sectors. He concentrates on high-risk cases involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities arising from commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, and product defects.
Jacob began his career at Akin in New York City, advising corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, and securities issues. After moving to Atlanta, he joined McGuireWoods to handle complex commercial litigation involving financial services and insurance recovery matters, including breach of contract, fraud, bad faith, and securities violations.
