Biography
Haley Carson defends corporations in complex mass tort and premises liability litigation. She also serves on local and national coordinating counsel teams for product manufacturers and distributors in litigation involving toxic exposures and product defects.
Drawing on extensive experience in the retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors, Haley represents property owners and operators in high-stakes matters arising from incidents on commercial premises. She routinely defends a broad range of cases, including Dram Shop and security-related incidents, as well as premises maintenance and safety claims, often involving catastrophic injuries or fatalities that carry significant financial and reputational risks.
Outside the office, Haley is an avid reader of thrillers, light-hearted fiction, and psychology-driven novels. She is deeply committed to animal welfare and environmental protection, supporting various charities that preserve oceans, wildlife, rainforests, and domestic animals.
