Warner Fox is moderating the panel session titled: Have You Noticed the Increase in Mild Traumatic Brain Injury?

This panel will discuss new issues that are developing in the field of mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) including interpretation of neuropsychological testing and identification of peer reviewed neuropsychological studies that can aid in defeating or minimizing these cases. Dr. Douglas P. Gibson, Ph.D., will identify many symptoms complained of by mTBI plaintiffs are the same as seen in the general population who never suffered a mTBI. The panel will discuss best practices in defending these cases and the current tactics plaintiff’s lawyers are using in bringing these cases.
