Teresa Huang Joins The ESOP Association's Advisory Committee on Fiduciary Issues

February 10, 2023 (Napa, CA) – Hawkins Parnell & Young partner Teresa Huang has taken a position with The ESOP Association's Advisory Committee on Fiduciary Issues. The committee serves as a resource for ESOP fiduciaries and gives guidance on legal, financial, and ethical obligations related to the operation and administration of employee stock ownership plans.

Huang has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, and employee benefits, including ESOPs and 401(k) plans. She advises clients on corporate, tax, and ERISA fiduciary issues related to ESOPs, other employee benefit plans, and transactions involving such plans. She represents the plan sponsors of executive compensation and employee benefit plans in a variety of matters.
