Eloize Dayanghirang-Bender

Biography

Eloize Dayanghirang-Bender represents large corporations and privately held companies in complex litigation involving product liability, mass torts, and toxic exposures. She also defends businesses in commercial general liability matters involving severe accidents and significant financial exposure. Eloize has significant experience in transportation and premises liability matters, including representing the City of New York and major bus companies in cases across all five boroughs.

Before practicing in the United States, Eloize served as a judicial clerk to the Supreme Court of the Philippines, where she worked on hundreds of cases spanning a broad range of complex legal issues. She later earned her LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law on a full scholarship.

Outside of her practice, Eloize enjoys traveling and playing golf and is an avid basketball fan.
