  • Robert McKinney - Rob McKinney focuses on defending companies in high-risk litigation involving product liability, mass torts, premises liability, and toxic exposures. He has extensive experience representing clients from the industrial manufacturing, automotive, insurance and financial industries before state and federal courts in West Virginia and Kentucky. His practice presently includes handling over 100 cases per year in West Virginia’s asbestos litigation, where he has demonstrated his effectiveness at successfully coordinating the complex discovery and defense efforts of several clients.

  • Matthew Dowling - Matthew Dowling is an experienced litigator defending product liability and wrongful death claims on the insurer side arising from both transportation and toxic substance exposure claims. He has defended numerous transportation-related claims in federal courts throughout the United States. Additionally, Matthew spearheads the defense of mesothelioma claims related to alleged contaminated talcum powder in Illinois.

  • David E. Freed - David Freed concentrates his practice on the defense of toxic tort and product liability actions in New York and New Jersey in both state and federal courts. He regularly defends manufacturers of consumer goods, industrial equipment, automotive products, and chemical products. He maintains a growing appellate practice and has been called upon to represent both appellants and appellees in multiple jurisdictions throughout the country in both post trial and interlocutory appeals.

  • Michael F. Gorman - Michael Gorman focuses his practice on defending a diverse portfolio of clients in complex civil litigation matters, including government entities, construction managers, industrial equipment and automobile manufacturers, financial services organizations and pharmaceutical contract research organizations.
