Biography
Cristina Mercader Perez is an international attorney who defends corporate entities in product liability and mass tort litigation involving toxic exposures to asbestos, silica, and other substances. Cristina is based in Hawkins Parnell's San Francisco office and licensed in California, New York, and Spain.
Cristina brings a global perspective and background in representing businesses in high-risk litigation, and complex matters. She helps clients take a holistic approach to navigating difficult cases with comprehensive litigation strategies.
Outside of work, Cristina enjoys discovering hiking trails, traveling and exploring new cuisines and local restaurants.
