Biography
Weyd-Anne Miller represents individuals, small businesses, and corporations in litigated and non-litigated personal injury disputes, including cases arising out of first party claims and third-party claims. Weyd-Anne’s clients include insurance carriers, and transportation and ride share companies. She also has experience defending corporations and small business in product liability matters, and homeowners and commercial property owners in premises liability matters, in disputes that involve catastrophic injuries.
Weyd-Anne’s extensive experience enables her to evaluate complex cases to provide tailored advice and client focused representation to her clients. She works closely with claim representatives, general counsel, and insureds to develop cost-effective strategies for settlement or trial, to best serve her client’s interests and goals.
As a former trial attorney with a major insurance carrier where she vigorously defended her clients. She has extensive experience handling matters from the inception of the claim through trial and has experience handling jury trials as a second chair. She has also prepared for numerous jury trials that ultimately resolved on the eve of trial.
Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Weyd-Anne presently resides in Los Angeles with her husband. When not helping clients with their legal needs she enjoys spends her time painting and spending time with her family.
