Biography

Walsy Sáez Aguirre represents global beauty and personal care product manufacturers, distributors and their insurers in complex product liability, toxic tort, environmental and general liability actions in New York and federal courts. She also assists emerging companies from their corporate formation through their fully operational phase, including in contract drafting and negotiations, and business disputes.

Before joining Hawkins Parnell & Young, Walsy worked at a mid-sized New York City firm where she represented major automobile manufacturers and distributors in complex products liability and breach of warranty actions, from inception to trial, and in arbitration matters. During law school, she served as a law clerk for Clifford Chance's São Paulo office, and as an international intern for the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisition Group of Peixoto e Cury Advogados, a Brazilian corporate law firm based in São Paulo.
