Biography
Taylor Yetter focuses on defending product manufacturers, distributors, and premises owners in complex litigation involving product liability and exposure to toxic substances, including asbestos, mold, and commercial chemicals. He also represents businesses in commercial disputes over breach of warranty, contracts, and transactions. Taylor participates in all phases of litigation, including attending pretrial hearings, written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and attending trial.
