Biography

Ryan Kujawski is an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive trial experience and more than two decades of practice handling litigation in federal and state courts throughout California. His practice focuses on asbestos and toxic exposure cases. He manages all aspects of complex civil litigation matters, from case assessment through trial, on matters related to insurance defense, products liability, premises liability and toxic tort. He previously served as a senior trial attorney in the Department of the Navy Office of the General Counsel.

Ryan has represented talc suppliers, talcum powder product manufacturers, electrical product manufacturers, friction product manufacturers, a railroad franchise, construction contractors, and a variety of other product manufacturers. He is highly experienced in the development of litigation and trial strategies for clients across the nation, on issues involving contaminants and toxic torts, and product liability and tort litigation. His significant experience in defending and trying cases has resulted in favorable verdicts, settlements and dismissals of multi-million dollar matters in state and federal court.
