Randall K. Bernard

Biography

Randall Bernard defends manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and property owners in civil litigation involving products liability, premises liability, and toxic exposures to asbestos, silica, and benzene. He also has extensive experience litigating construction defect and governmental tort liability cases. As local counsel and national coordinating counsel in toxic tort litigation, Randall has defended and managed hundreds of cases through trial. He has tried numerous cases to verdict as lead counsel and successfully argued before the California Court of Appeals.
