Quinn D. Graham

Biography

Quinn Graham represents various insurance companies in civil litigation and arbitration proceedings, including cases arising out of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Quinn’s clients include rideshare technology companies, national insurance companies, and various manufacturing entities. He also has experience in representing individuals and businesses in product liability disputes, class action employment matters, and tax appeal conflicts.

Quinn’s extensive experience in transportation enables him to accurately evaluate potential client exposure early in litigation. As a powerful writer, Quinn has obtained dismissals and summary judgment rulings favorable to his client’s interests far before trial. Therefore, his biggest wins are often the ones no one ever hears about.

Quinn graduated from Loyola Law School as a member of their highly acclaimed Civil Litigation and Advocacy Concentration. While in law school, Quinn externed for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson in the United States District Court, Central District of California. He also served as a Research Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Quinn enjoys camping, snowboarding, and spending time amongst family and friends.
