Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia: Professional and Ethical Dilemmas in Litigation
Christine Mast is presenting at ICLE Georgia’s "Professional and Ethical Dilemmas in Litigation" seminar at the State Bar of Georgia Conference Center in Atlanta, GA.
This seminar consists of four panels, each of which will consider a series of hypothetical situations which often arise in litigation. Each hypothetical will address at least one ethical, professional or legal dilemma which a litigator may face while representing a client. The panels will consist of appellate judges (Supreme Court and Court of Appeals), trial court judges, lawyers from the Office of the General Counsel of the State Bar of Georgia, and experienced litigation attorneys. Christine will serve on a panel with distinguished faculty, including:
