This session will focus on lessons learned from 2020 in the field, the boardroom, and in law firms. The panel will discuss how to use lessons learned to prepare for the next crisis and come out stronger. Topics to be addressed include internal and external communications, contract management, operational issues, financial assessment and employee considerations, among others.
