Parsa Fattahi

Biography

Parsa Fattahi defends and advises a wide range of large and small companies and governmental entities in labor, employment, and business matters. As a litigator, he has successfully defended businesses and individuals against a variety of claims under federal and state law, including obtaining summary judgment in complex, multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant actions and negotiating settlements favorable to his clients. Parsa has experience in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, pre-trial motions, trial, and post-trial motions, as well as experience in appellate matters.
