Nykeemah McClendon handles complex litigation involving wrongful death and injury arising from premises liability, product liability, and toxic tort. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation from the inception of a case through trial verdict and post-trial motions.
Before joining Hawkins Parnell & Young, Nykeemah worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 corporation where she defended first and third-party claims and lawsuits. Nykeemah focuses on exerting leverage to obtain excellent outcomes cost-effectively, with her most recent trial resulting in a defense verdict.
Outside of work and professional obligations, Nykeemah enjoys spending as much quality time as possible with her family and friends.
