HPY Secures Win in the Eleventh Circuit

October 1, 2013 (Atlanta, GA) – Carl Anderson was retained to assist trial counsel in drafting a Brief of Appellee for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in an Alabama legal malpractice case. This case involved allegations of fraudulent misrepresentation and other unique aspects of Alabama law. Within six days of beginning oral argument, the Eleventh Circuit affirmed the trial court’s decision.
