HPY Obtains Dismissal in Putative Class Action Robo-Foreclosure Case

July 1, 2011 (Atlanta, GA) – When a prominent Atlanta, Georgia law firm, practicing in the area of real estate foreclosure, found itself facing class action allegations of wrongful foreclosure, fraud, RICO, RESPA, FDCPA, wire fraud, and other claims in a robo-foreclosure case against several major mortgage lenders, it turned to partner T.
