- Mark D. Debrowski (New York, NY) has significant experience in class actions and mass tort litigation. He has represented Fortune 500 companies such as Johnson & Johnson in the second largest Federal Multi-District Litigation (MDL) in history to public entities, including the New York State Common Retirement Fund in the second largest securities fraud recovery in history.
- Alfred J. Sargente (New York, NY) is a seasoned litigator who primarily defends toxic tort and environmental litigation, product liability, commercial litigation, and general liability matters. Additionally, he has significant trial experience defending personal injury actions arising out of motor vehicle and transportation accidents, and other premises liability matters.
