August 5, 2021 (Atlanta, GA) – Hawkins Parnell & Young managing partner Christine Mast discussed return-to-office strategies with the Daily Report. The story is titled: As Delta Variant Spreads, Southeast Firms Stay Nimble on Return-To-Office Policies—to a Point.

“We have gradually welcomed our employees back into the office as local conditions permitted, and we have recently implemented new teleworking policies to offer some flexibility for the positions that can be effective remotely.”

“Our attorneys are expected to work in the office at least three days a week. One of our main considerations is making sure we meet the demands and needs of our clients, in addition to offering some flexibility, and that impacts how many days we’re in the building in a given week.”

She said the main reason for the policy is Hawkins Parnell & Young is “truly a litigation firm” that requires attorneys to spend a lot of time in trial prep with physical documents and records.
