She has extensive experience handling litigation strategy as well as all aspects of motion practice, discovery, expert work, and trial preparation. She is particularly keen with business and legal strategy counseling, advising established and emerging growth companies on new or anticipated industry challenges, litigation avoidance, and risk management.

Melissa’s work includes representing global beauty brands, personal care product, and pharmaceutical companies in addition to their manufacturers, distributors, and insurers in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Melissa worked at a New York firm where she represented major hospitals and healthcare corporations in complex civil disputes and engaged in corporate and compliance counseling.
