Mary Grace Griffin

Biography

Mary Grace Griffin represents long-term care facilities, as well as home health, hospice, and national assisted living facilities in Georgia. She litigates cases involving a variety of complex and serious issues, including abuse, medication errors, dehydration, malnutrition, falls, pressure sores, wrongful death, and insufficient staffing and supervision. She also defends manufacturers and distributors in product liability litigation. Mary Grace is involved in all phases of litigation and routinely handles written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and trial preparation.
