Biography
Lyndsay Cook defends toxic tort, product liability, and complex litigation claims at Hawkins Parnell. A litigator to the core, she has successfully represented contractors, employers, manufacturers, and suppliers across a wide range of industries in venues throughout Illinois.
Lyndsay believes in a collaborative approach to risk management and tailors her defense strategy to address the unique interests of each client she represents. Her curiosity and tenacity serve as a catalyst for bringing evidence to the forefront that minimizes exposure during depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparations.
