Biography
Jonathan Kim concentrates his practice in product liability and toxic tort defense, primarily focusing on asbestos work. He is regularly involved in all phases of litigation, including written discovery, conducting depositions, preparing motions, and attending court hearings. Jonathan also has experience in intellectual property and privacy law.
During law school, Jonathan was a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles E. Wilson in the Santa Clara County Superior Court. He was an editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Additionally, he practiced trademark law as a temporary registered agent through both the USPTO Certification Program and USF Internet and Intellectual Property Justice Clinic to assist pro bono clients with trademark issues.
